Polyester conveyor belt is also known as EP belts, referring to their polyester material (EP stands for “ethylene polyester”).
According to the performance of the covering rubber, it can be divided into:
Heat-resistant belt, cold-resistant belt, acid and alkali resistant conveyor belt, flame resistant belt, oil-resistant belt, wear-resistant belt, etc.
Polyester conveyor belts are widely used in a variety of industries including mining, cement, agriculture, transportation, and manufacturing. Its advantage including low elongation, high tension, impact resistance, high stability and high heat resistance and suitable to carry heavy loads over medium and long distances.
The skeleton material of Polyester conveyor belt is polyester canvas interwoven with polyester in the warp direction and nylon in the weft direction.
Heat resistant conveyor belt has the advantages of high temperature resistance, heat aging resistance, excellent ozone aging resistance, good weather resistance, good chemical resistance, high inter layer adhesion strength, long service life, etc.
Oil resistant belt has the characteristics of high strength, small elongation, wear resistance, oil resistance, aging resistance, long service life, etc
Acid and alkali resistant conveyor belt has good chemical corrosion resistance, good physical properties, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance and other characteristics.
Flame resistant conveyor belt has high initial modulus, good thermal stability of belt body size, high strength, small elongation and impact resistance, which is suitable for conveying materials in medium and long distance, large volume and high speed.
Cold resistant conveyor belt has the characteristics of cold resistance, high elasticity, impact resistance, wear resistance, etc. it can be used normally under – 60 ℃.
