Light duty conveyor belts are generally used for short to medium transportation distances and also widely used in the transportation of bulk and pieces also in narrow production areas, such as in the food industry, textile industry, 3c digital electronics industry, logistic centers and so on.

Product Structure

The composition of the light conveyor belt includes the three parts.

  1. Top cover: This is the outer layer of the belt that comes into contact with the material being conveyed. It is typically made of rubber, PVC, polyurethane or a combination of these materials.
  2. Core fabric: This layer gives the belt its strength and flexibility. The fabric is typically made of polyester, nylon, cotton or a combination of these materials.
  3. Bottom cover: This is the inner layer of the belt that provides additional strength and protection. It is typically made of the same materials as the top cover.
