According to using temperature:
Grade 1 can withstand the test temperature of no more than 100 ℃, code T1;
Grade 2 can withstand the test temperature of no more than 125 ℃, code T2;
Grade 3 can withstand the test temperature of no more than 150 ℃, code T3;
Grade 4 can withstand the test temperature of no more than 180 ℃, code T4;
Heat resistant conveyor belt is mainly used in metallurgy, cement, casting, electric power, building materials, chemical industry and other fields, mainly used to transport high temperature materials such as sinter, coke, steel castings, cement clinker, etc.
The strength material of our heat resistant belt is EP fabric of high modulus and low shrinkage. The cover compound consists of modified SBR or EPDM. These make the belt have good thermal stability, that can be used widely to carry hot materials with surface temperature of 100-220℃ in steel plants, cement, coke glass plants and other industries.
