According to the fabric type: Polyester (EP) canvas conveyor belt (polyester belt, EP belt); Nylon (NN) canvas conveyor belt (nylon belt, NN belt); Cotton(CC) canvas conveyor belt(cotton belt, CC belt).
It is widely used in coal, mining, port, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, casting, building materials, cement and other industries and places that need high-speed and fast transportation of materials, and it is used to transport non-corrosive block, granular, powder materials, bulk materials or finished articles.
The general purpose fabric conveyor belt is made of multi-ply rubberized nylon (NN) canvas, polyester (EP) canvas or cotton(CC) canvas as the skeleton material, covered with coating rubber with different properties, and manufactured through calendering, molding, vulcanization and other processes.
Nylon (NN) conveyor belt has the advantages of light belt body, good elasticity, high strength, impact resistance and grooving. It is suitable for conveying materials in medium and long distance, large volume and high speed.
Polyester (EP) conveyor belt has the advantages of high initial modulus, good thermal stability of belt body size, high strength, small elongation and impact resistance. It is suitable for conveying materials in medium and long distance, large volume and high speed.
Cotton (CC) conveyor belt can be used in the middle distance to transport materials. The cotton canvas is woven by cotton fibers both in wrap and weft, it has the advantages of low elongation, good performance in mechanical fastening and well adhesion force with rubber.
