When working, the belt changes from a flat surface to a U-shape, and finally becomes pipe shape, which encloses the material and finally closed transportation.
The fabric pipe conveyor belt is made of multi-layer impregnated nylon canvas, EP canvas as the skeleton material, covered with high strength, good elasticity, excellent wear-resisting performance, heat resistance and ozone aging resistance coating rubber. It is completed after calendering, molding, vulcanization and other processes.
The pipe high wear-resisting conveyor belt has the advantages of flexural resistance, impact resistance, high adhesion, sealed material transport, material and environment double protection, large dip angle transport, transport inclination angle usually up to 30 degrees, transport line can be arranged according to the spatial curve.
High wear-resisting pipe conveyor belt is a novel and environmentally friendly conveyor belt, which is completely different from the traditional conveyor belt. When conveying materials, it can form a round pipe shape and operate in a closed state, so that the materials will not fall, fly, pollute the environment, and be safe and healthy.
There is no big difference between the head and tail structure of a pipe belt conveyor and ordinary belt conveyor, except that the central belt is forcibly wrapped into a circular pipe by a hexagonal arrangement of rollers, and the conveying materials are completely enclosed in the circular pipe and run stably with the belt.
