According to whether there is edge rubber: Molded edge belt and Cut edge belt.
According to the pattern shape, it can be divided into: chevron shaped, opening V-shaped , closing V-shaped, U-shaped, multi-V or other complex pattern structure.
The height of the chevron is 5mm, 8mm, 10mm, 15mm, 17mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm. The belt width is 300-1600 mm. The chevron shape can be specially designed according to customer’s requirement.
It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small materials with an inclination angle of less than 40 degrees, and can also convey bagged materials, widely used in coal, mining, port, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, casting, building materials, cement and other industries.
Cleated conveyor belt is made of multi-layer impregnated nylon canvas and polyester canvas as framework material, covered with different cleated height and type coating rubber, and manufactured through calendering, molding, curing and other processes.
Nylon (NN) conveyor belt has the advantages of light belt body, high speed, good elasticity, high strength, impact resistance and grooving. It is suitable for conveying materials in medium and long distance, with the good advantages of large volume and high speed.
Polyester (EP) conveyor belt can transport materials over a long distance, and has the advantages of stable belt body, fast transportation and high capacity. And because of its high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, static resistance and other advantages, it is widely used in coal, mines, ports, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry and other fields.
Cotton (CC) conveyor belt can be used in the middle distance to transport materials. The cotton canvas is woven by cotton fibers both in wrap and weft, it has the advantages of low elongation, good performance in mechanical fastening and well adhesion force with rubber.
