Anti adhesion conveyor belts play an important role in the transportation of various materials such as grain, rocks, coal, sand, etc. It is widely used due to their relatively low cost, high tensile strength, and flexibility. These types of conveyor belts are used in various industries such as agriculture, mining, construction, and manufacturing for short and medium-distance materials transportation for transporting.
The anti adhesion conveyor belts is a conveyor belt made of multiple layers of a textile material such as polyester(EP), nylon(NN), or cotton(CC).
Nylon (NN) conveyor belt is applied for heavy loading and high speed, middle and long distance materials handling. It has low elongation in warp and good trough performance in weft, high heat resistance, high stability, good adhesion ability and long service time features.
Polyester (EP) conveyor belt (usually named as EP conveyor belt), applied for medium and long distance for heavy loading materials, its tension resistant body is canvas woven by polyester in warp and Nylon in weft. Its advantage including low elongation, impact resistance, high stability and high heat resistance.
Cotton (CC) conveyor belt can be used in the middle distance to transport materials. The cotton canvas is woven by cotton fibers both in wrap and weft, it has the advantages of low elongation, good performance in mechanical fastening and well adhesion force with rubber.
